Role Description
Abilis is seeking a full-time Event Manager, this position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Development and is an in-person role based in Greenwich. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events both internally and externally with fundraising goals ranging from $30,000 to $450,000.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of fundraising and/or event management experience
- Event planning, coordination, and management skills
- Experience with online event platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all abilities
- Superior customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with donors, board members, volunteers, and program participants
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary
Salary : $30,000 - $450,000
