Opened in the Spring of 2020, The Lakes of Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County. We are an 80-bed, fast-paced, skilled nursing community full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.
Our community is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for establishing systems, directing associates, and overseeing all aspects of housekeeping and laundry services for the facility. This position maintains the environment of the facility to create a positive physical and psychosocial environment for our members.
Responsibilities include:
- Interviewing, training, supervising, and disciplining personnel within the laundry and housekeeping departments.
- Making job assignments and setting priorities for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly duties.
- Providing job-specific training to new employees to ensure knowledge of their job, ensure they follow safety, health, and sanitation practices and procedures.

Qualifications:
- One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Related experience and the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
