Come work with a great team. We are currently looking for a full-time Estimator in the Elk River area. Our company is family owned and operated. We have been in business for 29 years and take pride in providing excellent body repair to our customers in the Elk River area.

Qualifications that are needed for this position:

Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility

Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.

Knowledge of DRP guidelines
-
Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.

Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills. Able to relate well to all customers.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
-
Must maintain a valid state driver’s license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
-
ICAR training preferred
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience.
