Your Role
As a Dental Assistant at Absolute Dental, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring excellent patient care and maintaining clinical efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting and assisting patients, ensuring a positive experience
- Preparing patients for treatments and ensuring their comfort during procedures
- Providing skilled chairside support to dentists during treatments
- Adhering strictly to sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment
- Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Offering clear oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions to patients
- Completing assigned laboratory tasks with precision
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate)
- Proficiency with dental instruments and sterilization techniques
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a clinical setting
- Ability to perform non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing (a plus)
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Bilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
