Responsibilities
- Develop innovative landscape designs that enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of outdoor spaces.
- Create detailed drafts and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and Pool Studio 3D.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for landscaping projects.
- Manage projects from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate conditions, including soil quality, drainage, and existing vegetation.
- Design irrigation systems that promote efficient water usage while maintaining landscape health.
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities to ensure the longevity and sustainability of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials or technologies in landscape design.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Pool Studio 3D is essential for creating visual presentations.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and civil engineering concepts is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
