Develops and implements revenue recognition policies and procedures in conformance with current accounting requirements. Fully manages compliance of revenue recognition process with industry and company standards. Reviews customer contracts for revenue recognition implications and may assist with structuring non-standard transaction details. Responsible for complying with Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 requirement as related to revenue recognition, when applicable. Manages month-end close activities, including assurance of accurate and timely results in cooperation with the general accounting function. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets revenue and margin reports. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of customer contracts to determine revenue recognition implications.
• Management of Contract Admin, Revenue Accounting and Credit Control teams.
• Manage compliance with reporting deadlines and policies for all aspects of revenue recognition.
• Manage internal and external audit compliance for all aspects of revenue recognition.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years related experience.
• Management or leadership experience.
  
  

Work Environment:

• Standard work environment
• Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
