What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Estimator position at Actalent?
Description
- Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying the critical path including the expediting of scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to the site
- Develop and manage the overall site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance within standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations
- Oversee work among all trades to promote and coordinate project operations
- Resolve local area problems regarding procedures, precedence, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment, schedule, and all other appropriate matters
- Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are in place and kept current for the project's term, and act as liaison to inspection agencies
- Manage the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00
