Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and position expectations.
- Job Postings: Write and post job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Compliance: Ensure hiring processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and equal opportunity employment standards.
- Negotiations: Manage offer negotiations, including salary discussions, start dates, and employment terms.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, staffing specialist, or similar role.
