What You’ll Do
As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in matching qualified candidates with the right opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent through various sourcing methods.
✔️ Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients.
✔️ Negotiating wages and employment terms to secure long-term success for candidates and clients.
✔️ Coordinating pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug testing.
✔️ Managing contract employees during assignments and providing performance coaching as needed.
✔️ Collaborating with Business Development to understand client needs and hiring trends.
✔️ Building strong industry relationships to expand our talent pipeline and referral network.
What We’re Looking For
We want team members who are passionate, driven, and eager to grow in a thriving industry. To succeed in this role, you should have:
✅ Recruiting or HR experience (staffing industry experience is a plus!)
✅ Ability to work flexible hours as needed
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Bilingual (English and Spanish)
✅ Management experience a plus
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ A detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated mindset
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems
✅ A passion for helping people and making a difference
