Small, locally owned plumbing, heating, and air conditioning company seeking office assistant.
* Hours: Thursdays and Fridays 8am-4:30pm plus occasional additional days as needed.
* Duties: telephone answering/service scheduling, invoicing, filing, customer service, payment processing, GPS tracking/reporting, and weekly office cleaning.
* Experience in an office setting with customer service required.
* Other requirements: must be dependable & trustworthy, have a positive attitude, have good telephone demeanor, and be comfortable with data input & computer navigation.
