Job Description :
The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations and leading a team of patient service representatives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations, staff supervision, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Oversight :
- Manage daily front office operations, including patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and point-of-service collections.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as insurance verification rates and patient form completion.
- Ensure non-clinical supplies are maintained across multiple locations.
- Provide cross-coverage and support for front office and phone team tasks when needed.
