- This role will be responsible for designing, continued development and maintenance using Reach native, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Developing significant new features in our mobile app
- Partner cross-functionally with the backend and frontend teams
- Write clean, well-documented, and well-tested code using best practices for React and React Native development
- Collaborate with our platform, product, and design teams to ensure we quickly ship and iterate on high-quality products
- Debug and develop mobile platform-specific features on iOS and Android in a React Native codebase
- Mentor and coach members of the team through pair-programming and empathetic code review
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advise the team on best practices to implement
- You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to design and deliver high-quality products on iOS and Android.
- Build efficient and reusable UI components and architect reliable, performant, and maintainable solutions.
- Lead teams that continuously build, ship, learn, and iterate.
- Drive technical innovation, processes, and best practices required to deliver best-in-class mobile applications.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
