What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR TEST TECHNICIAN position at Advanced Motion Controls?
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a full-time Senior Test Technician to join our team.
- Will test and troubleshoot our new and existing electronic servo amplifier products and report findings.
Required:
- Prior Work Experience: Minimum 2-years heavy electronics testing and troubleshooting.
- Must understand (be able to analyze) analog and digital circuits, and power supply electronics.
- Must be able to use oscilloscope and other test equipment such as multimeter, frequency counter, RLC meter and signal generator.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required Education:
- Minimum AS Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience with servo amplifiers.
- Experience with micro-controllers.
Other Requirements:
- This is a full-time position located at our Camarillo facility, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (October through May).
- Summer hours (June through September): Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:45pm.
- Overtime may be required including starting early, staying late, and working Saturdays.
- Occasionally to frequently: walking, standing, sitting, reaching, grasping, carrying, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Some heavy lifting to 40 lbs.
- We are ITAR Registered (International-Traffic-In-Arms-Regulations). Hired candidate must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
Pay Range: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour

Salary : $28 - $35
