Medical Assistant Back Office

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The position is part time 20 hours hours a week. No evenings or weekends. The position will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Your day is split in half between two offices which are very close together. Half a day in one office, half a day in the second office.Austintown and Columbiana. 15 mintues apart. Always working with the same physician. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
- Obtain and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Prepare injections
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and answering their questions

Requirements:
- completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
- Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant in a hospital or clinic setting is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
