The Project Manager- Executive Offices coordinates and manages the Advent Health Regional Office special projects and initiatives for the CEO and other Senior Executives. Manages the monthly collection and tracking of the business unit briefings. Develops and oversees the management of documentation and communication methods for all areas of the Executive Offices. Manages key projects for the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- Develops and oversees the day to day operations and meetings (charter and agenda development, documentation, follow up and communication).
- Develops and oversees collection and tracking of monthly Business Unit Briefings.
- Develops and manages documentation systems for Executive Offices.
- Tracks all commitments and project tasks for follow up and closure.
- Develops and manages communication methods and strategies for the Executive Offices.
- Works with the respective leaders of the campus to align and integrate work to drive performance and accelerate decision-making.
- Supports the CEO and CFO in the completion of critical projects and tracking of strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare or related field or equivalent high level executive administration experience
- 3 years of work experience in health care or project management
