The Outbound Call Sales Representative should be highly motivated and results-driven. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our ergonomic furniture solutions and value proposition.
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations to generate interest in our products.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and ensure campaign success.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle objections professionally and work towards converting prospects into loyal customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or ergonomic furniture) with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone and through email.
- Strong ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Proficient in CRM software, such as Sales Logix, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
