Location : Two multi-family apartment communities :
- Arlo on 10th Apartments (192 units) : 1105 W 10th Ave, Kennewick, WA, 99336
- Sedona Apartments (60 units) : 1327 N 24th Ave, Apt 8A, Pasco, WA, 99301
Schedule : Monday – Friday from 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be at Arlo on 10th Apartments and Tuesdays and Thursdays will be at Sedona Apartments.
On-Call : After training, you will join the region based rotating on-call for after hour emergencies. At that time, you would be eligible for a monthly phone allowance of $50.00.

Ensure the building is in accordance with all applicable building codes, ordinances, pool safety, fire codes, and emergency evacuation regulationsPerform regularly scheduled inspections of all common areasEnsure preventative repairs are done on a regular basisGeneral Maintenance :
Perform janitorial services for the interior and exterior of the building, including and not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, pet waste removal, vacuuming, and dustingOperate a leaf blower and pressure washerOther duties as assigned by Property Manager or Maintenance SupervisorResident Experience :
Promote community member satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of community cleanliness and curb appealPaint interior and exterior surfaces as necessaryInteract with current and future community members in a professional, courteous, and non-discriminatory mannerWhat You’ll Need :
Authorization to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or equivalentReliable transportation1 years of relevant porter and groundskeeping experienceGeneral knowledge of various janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, vacuuming, and dustingDemonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, engage in cost / benefit analytical decision-making, and ambition for continuous professional developmentYour Work Environment :
Approximately 90% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, scaffolds, ladders and maneuver walkwaysApproximately 10% in office environment using computer or tablet and phoneFrequent lifting, pushing, carrying or pulling of 20-50 poundsFrequent kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching to inspect appliances and fixturesMay be required to work weekendsMission Statement :
