The Associate General Counsel will play a critical role in providing assistance and guidance to our business and practice teams supporting a variety of corporate transactions and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality legal services. Compensation: Salary range $90K - $115K

Here's what an ordinary day of work might look like…
- Provide subject matter support on a wide range of corporate matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on issues and provide clear and practical guidance to practice groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and human resources, to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.
- Assist with operational efforts related to corporate transactions, including practice guides, procedural summaries, templates, and best practices.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's business and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3 years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on corporate transactions and general corporate matters.
- You have a strong understanding of corporate formations, capital markets, governance, and other relevant areas of corporate law.
- You are excellent at drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You are dedicated and thoughtful about your work and team.
- You are highly relational, with excellent in-person and telephone manner
