Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Helper/Driver to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll support both our Maintenance and Production departments by performing various maintenance tasks, ensuring facility upkeep, and driving company vehicles for errands and material pickups. Key Responsibilities:
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain facility grounds by trimming, raking, weeding, and watering plants. Keep common areas clean and organized.
- Facility Upkeep: Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing faucets, changing air filters, and painting.
- Production Support: Assist with operating production machinery or perform manual tasks based on the company’s production schedule.
- Driving & Errands: Drive a company vehicle to pick up materials, supplies, and employees as needed. Safely handle transportation tasks including picking up visitors or making deliveries.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ISO procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Timeliness: Maintain a strong record of attendance and punctuality. Complete tasks efficiently and on time.
- Additional Duties: Assist with other duties as assigned by management in various departments.
Qualifications:
- Skills & Abilities: Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs. Willingness to learn and apply new skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-6 months of related experience and/or training is preferred but may not be required with the right combination of skills, traits and aptitude.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to understand and follow simple instructions and effectively communicate with supervisors and team members.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals).
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, and kneel. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Must have good vision, including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
Work Environment:
- This position involves working with mechanical equipment and may include exposure to outdoor elements, noise, and potentially hazardous materials.
- Proper safety equipment, including OSHA-approved ear protection, will be provided when necessary.
Certification/License Requirements:
- Forklift certification required.
- Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license, be at least 19 years old, and have a clean driving record (no violations in the last 6 months).
- Must provide a certified copy of your driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
DRUG AND NICOTINE SCREEN/TEST REQUIREMENT
Any job offer is contingent on the candidate successfully passing a drug and nicotine screening.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or status as a U.S. Person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
Please note that this is an on-site role, and remote work arrangements are not available. Candidates must be willing and able to work at our facility during designated working hours.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
40 hours per week, before paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and any applicable overtime.
Salary : $5,250
