Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our accounting and finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Duties
- Handling deposits.
- Managing customer billing and Accounts Receivable.
- Processing Vendor Payments and monitoring Accounts Payable.
- Organizing and recording Credit Card expenditures.
- Data entry of accounting and production activities.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Support CFO with other tasks as needed.
Skills
- Experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
