AgriScapes, a leader in the Memphis area landscape industry, is looking to fill an open position for an entry level Account Manager for its maintenance division.
Qualified applicants must have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in landscape related field.
• 3-5 years’ field experience in the landscape industry.
• Leadership background in the landscape industry.
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills, ability to multitask
• A working knowledge of common pest and disease issues on plant material
• Willingness to learn
• Good driving record
• Self-motivation
Job requirements will include, but not limited to:
• Frequent communication with clients (phone calls, texts, emails, and site visits)
• Daily scheduling of multiple crews in multiple locations
• Communication with supervisors and foremen on job specific details
• Walk properties frequently for quality control
• Estimate and sell landscape upgrades and enhancements to existing clients
• Estimate and sell landscape maintenance contracts to potential clients
• Oversee all aspects of enhancements jobs sold including procurement, deliveries, and installation.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
