The Talent Acquisition Recruiter contributes to AHF’s mission by being instrumental in providing quality recruitment for our Administrative, Technical and Retail businiess lines in our Western /Southern Bureau. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize work, pay attention to detail, work in a fast-pace environment ad provide quality customer-service. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong communication with hiring managers, daily reporting status, souricng, cold calling & data mining. This position works closely with the HR Business Partners and various Departments within AHF.
The essential skills needed for the Talent Acquisition Recruiter role are:
- By being a team player, the Taletn Acquistion Recruiter will work diligently to ensure the hiring process from creating a point of contact for Administrative, Technical and Retail businiess lines
- Ability to recruit talent for diffrent business lines/departments, including but not limited to, Admintrative/ Health Care Center/Retail Store.
- Ability to effectively source, negotiate, place, and on-board new hires
- Recruiting, resposnsiveness , tracking and providing up to date reports in a fast paced environment
- Full-life cycle recruitment
- Excellent closing skills
- Applicant Tracking System experience – ICIMS preferred
- The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.
- Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment
