What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Customer Service Representative position at AIH Receivables / AIH Early Recovery Services?
We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping patients with payment and answering billing questions over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Document and update patients' accounts based on interactions
- Identifying patients' needs and provide information
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Qualifications:
- Some customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare industry is a plus!
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
