Finance & Restructuring Associate - Litigation
Location : Dallas, TX 75201 (Hybrid)
Overview :
An established, international law firm is seeking an experienced Finance & Restructuring Associate with at least six years of corporate finance experience to join its Dallas office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex bankruptcy, insolvency, and corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset-based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche, and mezzanine transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and work on various restructuring, workout, and bankruptcy matters.
- Advise clients on corporate finance transactions, including complex lending structures.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to handle high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional cases.
- Provide legal guidance and strategic solutions to clients involved in financial distress or transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare written memoranda.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
