We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Rep ( CSR ) to join our team at Air One Tech. We are a small yet busy premier heating and air conditioning company located in Chantilly, VA servicing Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities:
Customer service / Dispatching
- Answer incoming phones calls
- Dispatching scheduling our technicians according to their schedule using Servicetitan
- Answer incoming inquiries from email, Yelp, Google, and Angi's List in a timely matter
- Make outbound calls to keep schedule filled
- Calendar management
Data entry, Clerical, and Accounting
- Provide general administrative, data entry, and clerical support
- Light accounting including checking daily invoices and ensuring payments are entered correctly.
- Run daily reports
- Prepare installation cost sheet
- Assist in checking price and availability for parts and equipment from various vendors and prepare estimates to customers.
- Process permits for installation jobs
Other Duties may be assigned depending on the season.
Requirements
- Dispatching experience is a plus.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to multi-task
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable and dependable - our office hours are from 7:30AM-5PM Mon-Friday. Must arrive at 7:30AM and stay til 5PM during busy peak season.
- The pay is commensurate with experience required for the job.
Salary : $18 - $22
