Job Description:
We are seeking proactive and motivated Sales Prospectors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through door-to-door prospecting and collaborating with our sales team to close deals. This position requires extensive travel within Dallas County; therefore, a reliable vehicle is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to businesses within Dallas County to identify potential clients.
- Present and explain Aire-Master's scent marketing and odor control services to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop strategies for closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required to travel throughout Dallas County; gas expenses will be reimbursed.
Compensation:
- Salary or Hourly Pay based on part-time or full-time
- Monthly commissions are based on performance.
- Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
