This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to lead a team of International Compensation Analysts as well as provide client support for high impact and complex clients.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads a focused team of International Compensation Analysts and serves as a mentor and subject matter expert to less experienced staff
- Reviews collection and reconciliation of worldwide compensation for assignees and global transfers
- Liaises with data providers to gather information for allowance or cost estimate calculations
- Reviews calculations for expatriate allowances, compensation balance sheets, cost estimates, and global payroll instruction
- Leads tax provider discussions and supports team members
- Reviews shadow payroll to ensure compliance with host country practices
- Consults clients on best practices and solutions to compensation pain points within programs
- Leads clients in the year-end process and determines areas of efficiency. Responsible for timing and delivery of compensation statements
- Actively solves problems/provides solutions on client service for improvement. Acts as a lead of client service delivery special projects
- Completes monthly billing
- Completes VeriClock time entries weekly
- Coaches staff towards improved performance through check-ins and annual reviews
- Assists with implementation of new clients and opportunities
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5-10 years of expatriate tax experience, with a background in global mobility compensation
- 2-3 years of Equus Platform experience - compensation and cost estimate experience preferred with an ability to provide solutions to support configuration of Equus products, including widgets, reports, custom calculation, merge documents, and imports.
- SQL knowledge preferred in terms of knowing how the application works. This will be helpful to support the creation of User Reports, and many of our features of the Equus Platform.
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
