Essential Job Functions:
- Monitors and investigates customer orders, and coordinates internal and external product flow between sales, logistics, and customers.
- Ensures that there have not been any EDI between ERP (NetSuite) EDI provider (SPS)
- Tracks order to completion and intervenes as necessary, including Failure to Supply tracking for the Big 3.
- Supplies tracking documents to customers, as needed.
- Log purchase order discrepancies, report to 3PL and assist finance to validate the CASE.
- Pass along valuable customer information to sales, marketing and supply chain in order to further enhance our ability to service customers.
- Validates pricing for daily orders and works in conjunction with Finance to correct any errors immediately.
- Supplies customer with requested licenses, Certificate of Insurance (COI), Certificate of Authenticity (COA), packing slips, invoices and other needed material.
- Capture product complaints and coordinate with pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance to policies.
- References customer database to ensure rapid communication and accuracy of ship-to and bill-to locations.
- Send backorder reports to customers on a weekly basis.
Other Duties:
- Provide back-up for Administrative Assistant.
- Assist with special projects assigned by customer service lead or Director of Contracts and Sales Operations.
Job Requirements:
- BA or BS required.
- A minimum 1 years of experience in the generic manufacturing pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
- Navigating ERP systems, e.g. NetSuite/Oracle, a plus.
