Description : Job Summary :
This position is responsible for supporting the customer service department and ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible.
Essential Job Functions :
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Process customer orders, verify for accuracy and completeness
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product concerns, service and general concerns.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with clients.
- Update customer information
- Work with management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Order entry
- Route Accounting; process and invoice all delivery tickets from plant to make all necessary adjustments.
- Respond to customer / shipping inquiries and answer order status questions via phone and email.
- Organize, separate, and scan all load sheets with corresponding days and scan to the proper place.
- Process and reconcile incoming payments in company Accounts Receivable system.
- Process outgoing payments in company Accounts Payable system.
