Position Summary
As a Remote Call Center Representative (CSR), you’ll handle evening and after-hours (5PM-10PM or 6PM-11PM) calls from customers needing service, support, or information. You will be the first impression of our company and play a crucial role in booking appointments, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and field teams. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates looking for flexible evening work with a customer-focused, values-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and follow Nexstar-approved call flow and scripting.
- Book service and sales appointments in ServiceTitan with accuracy and speed.
- Triage emergency vs. non-emergency calls and follow after-hours escalation procedures.
- Provide empathetic, solution-oriented service to customers with questions, issues, or complaints.
- Make outbound confirmation calls or follow-ups when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in ServiceTitan.
- Communicate effectively with on-call field staff and managers for dispatch coordination.
- Meet performance goals for booking rate, call handling, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Prior experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Nexstar Service System and call scripting a big plus.
- High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently during evening hours.
- Able to handle high-pressure or emergency calls with calm professionalism.
