Overview
Position Title: Payroll Clerk
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
Assists Payroll Manager with Processing of weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly payroll. Assist with review and approval of timecards and other payroll reports. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for review and approval of timecards
- Responsible for setup of new employees.
- Backup for Payroll Manager for issues with Human Resources and Project Managers.
- Responsive to our employees regarding any payroll related questions they have
- Assist with various reconciliations, including §401k contributions and matches
- Complete special projects as requested
- Assist with year-end and month-end review
- Assist with reporting as requested by management
Qualifications
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Detail oriented with a focus on producing quality work timely and accurately
- Ability to perform and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) to our employees as well as management
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years of payroll experience
