Job Summary: Compass Point Federal (Compass Point) is hiring a seasoned professional with experience and expertise in Cyberspace Operations in support of the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) in Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Cyber Operations Analyst provides operational, systems and technical subject matter expertise in Army Cyber Operations for a key program at Fort Gordon. This individual will support proponent and non-proponent concepts, doctrine, and material requirement documents to ensure Cyber issues are addressed in the development, acquisition, and employment of Cyberspace Operations. This may include comments, suggestions, working group participation, or other technical support to ensure Cyberspace Operations considerations are properly addressed. The ideal candidate possesses a working knowledge of associated Cyber Operations and network operations software and management tools and will have hands on experience supporting ACM-Cyber. This position requires extensive knowledge of all relevant Army Cyber and Computer Networking doctrine, policy, and regulation; knowledge of joint and service Cyber organizations and their functions; and experience/knowledge to coordinate and collaborate with Army proponents, units, the DA Staff and other DOTMLPF responsible agents to facilitate timely analysis and solution development required by the JCIDS process. Job Responsibilities: - Analysts provide operational, systems, and technical senior executive level subject matter expertise, consulting, and analysis in the development, proposal, coordination, and implementation of Cyberspace strategies and policies. They are the subject matter expert in all aspects of strategic, operational, and tactical levels of spectrum operations and execution. - They participate in activities that support Strategy and Policy/Program Management/Requirements Analysis for Cyberspace which may include activities such as providing operational concepts and capabilities to strengthen the Army’s ability to execute its mission as part of a joint or multi-national operating force. Ensures collaboration and staffing of final product with all Army elements, commands, and Direct Reporting Units, other Services, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and other critical stakeholders. - Assist the TCM Cyber in integrating Cyberspace capabilities across the DOTMLPF-P ensuring currency and relevancy to operational concepts for current and future forces, from testing and evaluation through fielding, to coordinate and assess impacts associated with new systems or capabilities. Coordinate and interface with staff elements within appropriate COEs, AFC, HQ TRADOC, the Army Staff, and Joint community and Unified Partners on all Cyberspace matters. - Participate in associated working/focus group meetings and in progress reviews. (Things like IPT, ICD Teams, Tabletop exercises, or Rehearsal of concept drill, etc.) - Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: - Obtain and Maintain a Top-Secret Clearance - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Networking, Telecommunications Management, or related technical field from an accredited college or university - 3 years’ experience with requirements, capability development documentation and approval processes. - 3 years’ experience in Cyberspace Operations - In addition, the qualified candidate must possess documented experience with: - Knowledge of JCIDS - Knowledge of Joint and service Cyberspace Operations organizations and their functions their functions - Knowledge of Cyberspace Operations related Army/Joint Doctrine and policies Operations related Army/Joint Doctrine and policies - Possess at least one of the following certifications: - Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) - GIAC® Penetration Tester (GPEN) - Offensive Security Certified Professional (OCSP) - CISSP or CISM - Computer Network Defender Service Provider (CNDSP) analyst, - CNDSP Infrastructure Support - CNDSP incident responder - CNDSP auditor - CNDSP manager accordance with 8570.1M. - Must possess the ability to edit documents for correct grammar and formatting; and have intermediate experience using computer automation software.
