The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance fraud detection and prevention, coordinating with various departments and external parties to create comprehensive solutions against emerging threats, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and policy compliance. This role is vital in safeguarding the company's Loyalty Program Abuse team's integrity and optimizing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Prior experience in fraud prevention within Loyalty Programs or Gift Card Operations is highly preferred. Candidate should have a proven record of influencing senior leadership and securing resources for implementing fraud prevention strategies.
This position is pivotal for maintaining the integrity of our operations and ensuring the security of our customers against gift card fraud. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in risk management, capable of driving policy improvements and leading a team dedicated to protecting our brand and our users.
