Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paving Superintendent at ALC Property Maintenance in Arvada, CO. The Paving Superintendent will oversee day-to-day paving operations, manage paving crews, coordinate projects, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Paving experience, Asphalt Knowledge, and Project Management skills
- Leadership and Team Management experience
- Understanding of Safety Regulations and Compliance
- Strong Communication and Organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
- Experience with equipment operation and maintenance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Certifications in paving or construction-related fields are a plus
