• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials or products.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that the right products are sent to the right destinations.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking procedures as needed. Ensure that products are properly labeled and stored.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from safety hazards. Utilize space efficiently to optimize storage capacity.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping documents, and other warehouse-related paperwork.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff and team members to meet productivity and quality goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
