Description
Aldrich is seeking an HR Business Advisor to join our team and play a key role in aligning people, strategies, and resources to meet our organizational goals. This position focuses on workforce planning, resource optimization, and providing HR insights to leadership, all while maintaining Aldrich's values of integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
In this role, you'll also collaborate closely with our CPA firm to support capacity planning and drive people-focused initiatives. Your efforts will help ensure the firm has the right resources and strategies in place to achieve its goals while fostering a culture of growth and success.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, a proactive approach, and a passion for enhancing employee engagement through data-driven strategies.
You'll Get a Chance To
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and align resources with business priorities
- Use workforce data to develop actionable insights on capacity, talent allocation, and employee performance
- Provide strategic advice to departments to ensure optimal utilization and resource planning
- Analyze trends in turnover, engagement, and satisfaction; propose solutions for high-impact areas
- Support HR initiatives such as talent management, headcount planning, and resource development
- Partner with HR and finance teams to maintain dashboards and reporting for workforce analytics

What You Should Know
This is a hybrid role requiring presence at our Lake Oswego, OR office 2-3 days weekly. Occasional travel to other office locations or events may be required.
