ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule: This full-time position works a typical schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring top-notch service for our clients throughout Southern Oregon.
In this position, every day at work is fast-paced and rewarding. As a Lead Service Writer, you start your day bright and early, diving into sales, service, and estimating tasks. A team player, you interact with fleet managers and small business owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently. Whether coordinating roadside assistance, scheduling in-shop repairs, or tracking maintenance for vehicles, you play a crucial role in keeping our operations running as smoothly as possible!
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE AS A LEAD SERVICE WRITER
- 5 years of service writing experience in general repair shops
- Has been with an organization for a length of time
- Looking for something a little different
- Lives within 30 minutes of our location (preferred)
