Responsibilities include:
- Member Assistance: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, greeting them upon arrival, answering inquiries, and providing general assistance.
- Check-Ins: Manage client check-ins for both scheduled sessions and walk-ins, ensuring accurate tracking of attendance.
- Administrative Support: Assist with member management systems, including client registration, cancellations, and account updates.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming, maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the space.
- Sales Support: Assist with membership sales, promotions, and events, helping clients sign up or upgrade their memberships.
- Communication: Ensure clients are informed of any scheduling changes, promotions, or upcoming events through calls, texts, and emails.
