Auto, life, homeowner, condo, renters, etc...insurance policy sales. Service existing clients as well as walk ins. Manage clients and answer questions in an accurate, quick, and professional manner. Call leads that are real time and aged in order to produce item sales for agency. We provide you with all the tools you need. Endless top of the line leads all you have to do is sell them! Salary Commission Bonus schedule. Bilingual is a plus.
Requirements: 2-20 P&C License(4-40 acceptable. Must pass 2-20 exam within 3 months of hire date), Excellent Verbal Communication and High Energy, Strong Sales Process/Closing Skills, Networking Experience, Direct Marketing Experience, P/C and Typing Skills.
Compensation: Base salary enhanced tiered commission bonus opportunities throughout the year
Paid time off: Bonus of $50 per day unused at end of year paycheck.
