General Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves various tasks including heavy lifting, quality control, and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment while effectively managing materials and inventory.

Duties
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required to load and unload packages.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Fulfill orders accurately by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Operate warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory levels.
- Assist in materials handling to ensure timely movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and order fulfillment procedures.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 17 per week
