Primary Duties of a Customer Service Professional

  • Customer Interaction : Manage inbound and outbound customer communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Problem Solving : Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data Entry : Accurately record customer interactions and service requests in our system.
  • Collaboration : Work with different departments to streamline customer service processes.
  • Continuous Improvement : Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

    • Essential Qualifications for the Role

  • Education : High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills :

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability : Flexible schedule with the ability to work shifts, including some weekends.
