Your Role as a Lead Client Services Professional :
Be the first point of contact – Lead by example, ensuring every client interaction is professional, warm, and efficient.
Mentor & Develop the Team – Train, support, and inspire our Client Services team.
Drive Excellence – Ensure smooth scheduling, high customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Use Cutting-Edge Technology – Work with industry-leading software that simplifies bookings and enhances customer experience.
Sell with Purpose – Recommend maintenance plans and earn commissions on enrollments.
