Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. As Operations Project Lead you will be an essential part of the Auto Operations Employee Experience team responsible for providing key project management support for the employee experience, including associate onboarding, engagement, and strategic initiatives. While adherence to our policies are key to our success, having fun and maintaining a positive attitude is required!

The Work Itself

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop and lead people projects aligned to strategic initiatives
  • Champion new associates onboarding activities by developing processes to ensure new associates feel connected and engaged with the team.
  • Advocate the employee experience through VOE and establish consistent processes across teams
  • Provide leadership to DE&I and Engagement teams to further accelerate impact of initiatives
  • Work with local associate engagement teams and leader admins to facilitate events across the business unit, including but not limited to giving back, community outreach programs, and town hall events
  • Work with teams to build out tools for leaders that enable oversight (training, giving back, etc.)
  • Determine best practices and suggest how to improve current practices and processes; develop recommendations, gain leadership buy-in and deliver results
  • Responsible for performing internal and external research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to leadership team
  • Oversee event/meeting content design along with the logistical infrastructure of the event to ensure participation is aligned with business objectives

Skills

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 3 years in call center environment within a leadership role - preferred
  • Ability to work within ambiguity, create strategic vision, gain stakeholder buy-in and build out proposals
  • 5 years of proven project management experience required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively create presentations for large and small audiences
  • Knowledge of instructional design processes and techniques
  • Organized and able to maintain logistics and multitask under pressure
  • Business partnership skills, including good interpersonal skills with ability to work well with all levels of leadership across the organization
  • Knowledge of project management tools and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Solid analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $100000 USD

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
