Job Description.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Should have working experience in .Net, Microsoft technologies. Support / IT operations project experience is a must.
- Working experience using Dynatrace, Solarwinds or any other logging tools like Kibana, Cloudwatch would be added advantage.
- Troubleshooting complex environmental performance related issues (like db issues, application / web service issues, etc...)
- Operations mindset is key.
- Strong understanding of IT Services Management is a must.
- Should have hands-on experience in ITIL processes >
Incident management, Problem management, Change management, driving the CAB calls & MIM calls, Maturity to Drive continuous service improvements
Nice to have Technical Skills
Azure cloud experience, any legacy applications support & maintenance projects.
