Dispatcher

1. Answer incoming calls.

2. Write up calls and post on board within 15 minutes or sooner.

3. Give outstanding customer service to service techs, parts department and account managers.

4. Dispatch all calls within 2 hours of receiving calls or notify the service manager.

5. Dispatch calls in order of geographic location and technical ability Using GPS. If a tech is already at the store or down the street. Be careful not to send a tech on a rack call that does not have the experience.

6. Assist sales with POs and Auto Quotes.

7. Match Pink tickets. If there are no pink tickets check with Account Managers and Service Managers before printing new pink ticket.

8. Work ticket box weekly to make sure tickets aren’t going past a week without being turned in. Flag tickets past a week for the service manager.

9. Maintain Tech Log.

10. Receive and write up calls.

11. Dispatch Calls: Appropriate skilled tech to the correct call.

12. Coordinating with the parts department, service managers, and techs to complete follow up calls and track eta’s.

13. Reviewing the visit summary from uncompleted calls from the previous day to re-prioritize calls.

14. Communicate with customers on eta and follow ups.

Work schedule: Mondays 6:30am -3:30pm. Tuesday-Thursday 7am- 4pm. Work will be conducted in the office. Some overtime may be required during the peak months of the summer.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
