Position: Medical collections/Customer Representative
Location: 4040 N Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75204
Type: Contract to Hire (potential to transition into a full-time opportunity)
Hours: Rotating Shift (8-5, 11-8, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm one week per month)
Onboarding Requirements:
- US Citizen
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to take a drug screen
- Vaccination required before starting (not for COVID)
Candidates Must Have:
- Good tenure (at least 2 years in recent positions; no job hoppers)
- Reliable transportation to commute daily
- Must reside in Dallas (no exceptions)
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of high-volume call center or collections experience
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
About the Position:
- Onsite in Dallas, TX
