What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Impact / Fundraising position at ALPS Adult Day Services?
ALPS Adult Day Services has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, passionate and compassionate individual, who can manage several campaigns simultaneously and is detail and service oriented. This will be a hybrid position of digital fundraising and content manager. Responsible for elevating our historical event fundraising, and developing a true cause fundraising strategy. The individual for this position is someone who is ready to make a true social impact, through any and all social sectors. Responsible for developing and implementing the digital fundraising strategy to be executed via email, social media, web, and other platforms (e.g., text message and App production).
Qualifications:
A strong passion for service to others and belief in strong stewardship toward donors;
Bachelor's degree or relevant years of work experience required;
Documented success running a successful digital fundraising program that generates net revenue, donor engagement, and retention in the organization's mission;
Ability to prioritize, and advanced skills in strategic planning and coordination;
Exceptional interpersonal skills, and a high degree of discretion and confidentiality;
Computer proficiency, including MS Office;
Demonstrate evidence of leadership ability or entrepreneurial behavior;
Humility, integrity, passion, motivation, and a self-starter attitude.
