Compensation Model Plan Options –Competitive Annual Salary or Fee-For-Service Billable Hour compensation model options. Both are W2 employees. Annual Salary and F.F.S Billable Hour Rate depend on post-licensure mental health counseling / psychotherapy experience and licensure level—bi-weekly pay schedule.
