Entry Level Sales Team Member Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through direct outreach initiatives
- Undergo intensive training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
- Assist in identifying potential customers, generating awareness, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets
- Work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn effective selling strategies and best practices.
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotional marketing and sales campaigns to create brand awareness and drive visibility for our clients
- Contribute actively to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs
- Learn effective team communication and problem-solving techniques
Entry Level Sales Team Member Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
