Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join us. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and as needed, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Follow established procedures for Dishes, Laundry, Errands, Grocery Runs, Pick/drop offs, Keep all areas neat and tidy, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
• Assist in Meal Prepping and laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Maintain a professionally organized environment along with storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and Organizing management practices and standards.
• Proficiency in Housekeeping cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact positively with everyone.
• Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
